Annually the Atlanta Business Chronicle accepts nominations for “Atlanta’s Healthiest Employers Awards”. This award is determined with the assistance of Healthiest Employers, LLC, who review the applications and select 10 finalists. This award celebrates health in the workplace as well as organizations making strides in six key categories: Leadership Commitment, Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communication and Marketing, Programming and Interventions, and Reporting Analysis.
AutomationDirect 3rd Healthiest Medium Sized Company in Atlanta
In 2015, the Atlanta Business Chronicle recognized AutomationDirect as the third healthiest Medium Sized Company in Atlanta. And, we were happy to be recognized for our programs which implement wellness into the workplace, but we felt that we could do more…and we did!
On February 18, 2016, AutomationDirect was recognized as 2nd Healthiest Medium Sized Company in Atlanta. Mary Brehl, a human resources representative from AutomationDirect says they continue to see dramatic improvements and participation in the program. “Our Wellness Program is just one of the many ways we help improve our teamers’ lives. We strive to offer valuable benefits and programs that improve every aspect of their ‘Wheel-of-Life’, including career, family, financial, social, physical and spiritual. Participation in any benefit or program is always voluntary, yet we still get 92% of our medical participants actively participating in our wellness program each year,” Brehl said, “and the results of our efforts speak for themselves – our team members have made life-changing improvements while working at AutomationDirect”.
That’s an improvement of 10% over 2015; much awesomer than last year!
