These same commercial trends are making their way into the industrial sector, and to gauge the progress, AutomationDirect surveyed industrial users back in June 2016 and now in August 2021. We found that in 2016, only about 28% of respondents were using mobile devices, but in 2021, the number has increased to 62%.
