AutomationDirect’s Point of View SCADA/HMI software now supports the Do-more PLC as a standard driver. This compliments the existing Productivity3000, DirectLOGIC & CLICK drivers which were previously available. As with all of our supported drivers, having the product specific driver removes all restrictions on the controller data types that are accessible from the software when developing screens. You can take advantage of either the Main Driver or Standard Driver sheets, which are supported for all drivers, however, the main benefit you receive with this, and all AutomationDirect controllers’ drivers, is the use of tag integration. This allows you to directly import the exported tag name database .csv file from the controller into the software and the full tag list is available for use in the project, but is not counted against the total tag count until you use them in the system.
