The Xi 410 LT series features a 384 × 240 pixel infrared detector, 60 mK thermal sensitivity, and ±2°C / ±2% accuracy for precise, non-contact temperature measurement. Its standalone smart pyrometer mode includes automatic hot spot and cold spot detection, a 1.5 Hz measurement rate, and direct 0/4–20 mA output for integration with industrial control systems. Designed for industrial environments, it offers flexible installation with four field-of-view lens choices, motorized focus, and multiple power options including 5–30 VDC, Power over Ethernet (PoE), and USB. The rugged IP67 (NEMA 4) rated enclosure provides reliable operation in dusty, wet, and vibration-prone environments.
Xi 410 LT accessories include a stackable process interface module (up to three units) that provides additional analog and discrete I/O along with three alarm relay outputs. The Modbus TCP interface kit enables communication with PLCs, SCADA systems, and network devices. An air purge assembly keeps the lens clean in harsh industrial environments, while the adjustable 2-axis mounting bracket simplifies camera positioning. Emissivity labels improve measurement accuracy on reflective surfaces. Free Optris PIX Connect software provides full radiometric analysis, video and snapshot recording, camera configuration, a built-in web server, and configurable alarm output programming.
