Since Control Design magazine began its Readers’ Choice Awards in 2001, AutomationDirect has consistently been a recipient of top honors. Each year, Control Design sends questionnaires to more than 10,000 subscribers.
Voters are given a ballot without a list of vendors or product brands. Instead, they give a list of nearly 60 product categories and ask voters to provide the names of companies they feel give them the best value for the products they use.
But, they don’t just name the best providers. They also have the opportunity to rate service and support they receive from those companies.
This year, 84 companies ranked in one or more of 58 product categories. Twelve companies won in multiple product categories. Of the 84 individual companies, the voters awarded service and support scores of at least 4.0 (very good) or better to 56 of them.
